Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

Providing expertise in process improvement and organizational redesign, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will conduct business process analyses, implement change management strategies, and ensure compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct current state and gap analyses, benchmarking, and organizational assessments to define and develop business processes and performance metrics
• Plan and implement process improvements, including future state design and transition planning, while interfacing with project areas such as customer and client services
• Oversee the development of quality programs and provide guidance on compliance with policies and regulations, delivering presentations and training on process measurement and improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
• 20+ years of professional experience with a proven track record of leading complex projects
• Expertise in business process modeling techniques and tools, including UML and BPMN
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau
• Familiarity with Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
