Senior Business Process Analyst
Job Summary
To support Veterans Affairs initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will provide expertise in continuous process improvement, conduct business process analysis, and implement process enhancements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define and develop business processes, policies, and performance metrics while conducting current state and gap analyses
- Plan and implement process improvements, including future state design and change management strategies
- Interface with various project areas to ensure compliance and performance quality across business and technology teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 20+ years of professional experience in leading and delivering complex projects
- Proficiency in business modeling techniques and tools, including UML and BPMN
- Experience with Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Familiarity with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) standards and transactions, particularly in healthcare
