Senior Business Process Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance organizational effectiveness, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will provide expertise in process improvement, conduct business analysis, and implement change management strategies in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct current state and gap analysis of business processes, defining policies and performance metrics
- Plan and implement process improvements, including future state design and transition planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and develop quality programs and systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 20+ years of professional experience in business process analysis and project management
- Proficiency in business modeling techniques and tools, including UML and BPMN
- Experience with Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Familiarity with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions and standards
