Senior Business Process Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance business operations, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will provide expertise in process improvement strategies, conduct comprehensive analyses, and implement change management initiatives in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Define and develop business processes, policies, and performance metrics while conducting current state and gap analyses
- Plan and implement process improvements, including future state design and transition planning, while interfacing with project areas
- Provide oversight for quality programs and ensure compliance with policies and regulations through continuous process analysis
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 20+ years of professional experience with a proven track record of leading complex projects
- Expertise in business modeling techniques and tools, including UML and BPMN
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Power BI
- Familiarity with Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
