Senior Business Process Analyst
Job Summary
Providing expertise in process improvement and organizational redesign, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will conduct analyses, implement process enhancements, and ensure compliance while working remotely within the Veterans Affairs department.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct current state and gap analyses, benchmarking, and organizational assessments to define and develop business processes
- Plan and implement process improvements, including future state design and change management initiatives
- Interface with project areas to provide oversight for quality programs and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 20+ years of professional experience leading and delivering complex projects
- Proficiency in business modeling techniques and tools, including UML and BPMN
- Experience with Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and using tools such as SQL and Tableau
