Senior Business Process Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Business Process Analyst will provide expertise in continuous process improvement, define business processes, and conduct comprehensive analyses to enhance operational efficiency within the Veterans Affairs department.
Key responsibilities
- Lead continuous process improvement strategies and change management projects
- Conduct thorough analyses of business processes, including current state and gap analysis
- Interface with project areas to ensure compliance and performance quality across systems and processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 20+ years of professional experience in business process analysis and project management
- Proficiency in Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions and familiarity with FHIR and HL7 standards
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation using tools like SQL and Tableau
