Senior Business Process Analyst
Job Summary
To support Veterans Affairs initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will provide expertise in process improvement, develop business processes, and conduct analyses while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide oversight for continuous process improvement strategies and performance measures
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of business processes, including current state and gap analyses
- Plan and implement process improvements and change management initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 20+ years of professional experience in leading and delivering complex projects
- Proficiency in business modeling techniques and tools, such as UML and BPMN
- Experience with Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Proven ability to elicit and document business requirements and workflows
