Job Summary
Providing expertise in continuous process improvement and organizational redesign, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will conduct business process analyses, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with performance metrics in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Define and develop business processes, policies, and performance metrics while conducting current state and gap analyses
- Plan and implement process improvements, including future state design and change management

Required qualifications
