Senior Business Process Analyst
Job Summary
To support Veterans Affairs initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will provide expertise in process improvement, conduct business process analyses, and implement strategic changes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and develop business processes, policies, and performance metrics while conducting analyses such as current state and gap analysis
- Plan and implement process improvements, including future state design and change management, while interfacing with various project areas
- Provide oversight for quality programs and ensure compliance with policies and regulations, delivering presentations and training on process measurement and improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 20+ years of professional experience in leading and delivering complex projects
- Expertise in business modeling techniques and tools, including UML and BPMN
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau
- Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with software development processes
