Senior Business Process Analyst
Job Summary
Providing expertise in process improvement and organizational redesign, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will conduct business process analyses, develop performance metrics, and implement change management initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct current state and gap analyses of business processes while identifying best practices and performance measures
- Plan and implement process improvements, including future state design and change management strategies
- Interface with project stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies and regulations while delivering presentations and training on process improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 20+ years of professional experience in leading complex projects and delivering business process improvements
- Proficiency in business modeling techniques and tools, including UML and BPMN
- Expertise in Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Familiarity with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions and advanced certifications such as CBAP or PMP are preferred
