Senior Business Process Analyst
Job Summary
To support Veterans Affairs initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will provide expertise in process improvement strategies, conduct business process analyses, and implement change management projects in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Provide oversight for continuous process improvement, including defining business processes and performance metrics
- Conduct thorough analyses of current business processes, identifying gaps and best practices to enhance efficiency
- Interface with various project areas to coordinate system requirements and deliver presentations on process improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 20+ years of professional experience in leading complex projects and documenting business requirements
- Proficiency in business modeling techniques and tools, including UML and BPMN
- Experience with Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau
