Senior Business Process Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will provide expertise in continuous process improvement, define business processes, and conduct analyses while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead continuous process improvement initiatives and implement change management strategies
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of business processes, including current state and gap analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and develop performance metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 20+ years of professional experience in business process analysis and project management
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with business modeling techniques
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
