Senior Business Process Analyst
Job Summary
To support Veterans Affairs initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will provide expertise in process improvement strategies, develop business processes and performance metrics, and conduct comprehensive analyses while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement process improvements, including future state design and change management
- Conduct thorough analyses of business processes, including current state and gap analyses, and identify best practices
- Interface with project areas to ensure compliance and oversee the development of quality programs and systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 20+ years of professional experience in leading and delivering complex projects
- Proficiency in business modeling techniques and tools, such as UML and BPMN
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation
- Knowledge of Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
