Senior Business Process Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will provide expertise in continuous process improvement, define business processes, and conduct analyses while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight for process improvement initiatives, including current state and gap analyses
- Define and develop business processes, policies, and performance metrics to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Interface with project stakeholders to ensure compliance and deliver training on measurement and analysis
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 20+ years of professional experience in business process analysis and project management
- Proficiency in business modeling techniques and tools, such as UML and BPMN
- Experience with Agile and Scaled Agile Framework methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL and Tableau
