Senior Business Process Analyst
Job Summary
Driving process improvement and change management for a VA cloud program, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will work remotely to analyze current operations, identify gaps, and implement sustainable solutions while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expertise in continuous process improvement, organizational redesign, and change management initiatives
- Conduct current-state analyses and perform gap analyses to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement process-improvement plans that align with organizational goals and customer requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 20 years of experience, or a master's degree and 10 years of experience
- Proficiency in business modeling techniques and tools, including UML and BPMN
- Demonstrated experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
