Job Summary
Translating strategic business objectives into operational processes, the full-time Senior Business Process Analyst will work remotely to define workflows, document requirements, and ensure alignment between business needs and solution delivery in the National Center for Clinical Trials.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze current workflows and facilitate process discovery to develop optimized future-state models
- Elicit and document business and functional requirements for delivery teams, ensuring clarity and traceability
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design technology-enabled solutions and validate implementations against requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or operational transformation
- Proven experience in analyzing and redesigning complex business processes and workflows
- Strong knowledge of process modeling methodologies and business analysis techniques
- Experience supporting agile, iterative, or hybrid delivery methodologies
