Job Summary
Leading cross-functional initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Process Consultant will manage business case development, support strategic planning, and drive optimization of claims processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across various teams, coordinating priorities, risks, and deliverables
- Drive the implementation and ongoing optimization of CRP-to-Claims processes
- Manage complex exceptions and escalations, partnering with stakeholders to resolve issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required; Master's Degree preferred
- 6+ years of project management experience required
- Experience in healthcare and/or insurance preferred
- Proficiency in project management software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project
- Strong analytical skills for detailed analysis of data and workflows
