Senior Business Process Manager
Job Summary
Leading end-to-end process improvement initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Business Process Manager will optimize Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes within the Finance organization, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and manage project timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Lead process improvement, optimization, and automation initiatives for the Q2C Finance organization
- Develop business cases and translate Finance needs into clear business requirements for systems like Oracle ERP Cloud and Salesforce
- Manage projects, including planning User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring alignment with company strategy and compliance requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of Accounting experience using Local GAAP rules
- 5+ years of process and/or project management experience
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Experience in Quote-to-Cash processes, specifically with SaaS revenues
