Job Summary

Serving as the underwriting subject matter expert, the full-time Senior Business Process Owner will oversee portfolio health through policy reviews and compliance-related decisions while collaborating with leadership to drive process improvements and technology enhancements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio health through policy reviews, eligibility assessments, and compliance-related decisions
• Collaborate with departments to develop and implement Portfolio Health initiatives while ensuring consistent application of standards
• Define process vision and success metrics, and champion a continuous improvement culture across teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant business or operations experience required
• 3+ years of auto underwriting experience preferred
• Strong understanding of auto insurance and critical thinking skills
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience working effectively within an AI-enabled environment
