Job Summary
Leading cross-office discovery efforts, the full-time Senior Business Process Reengineering Lead will analyze current workflows, design future-state processes, and develop automation requirements while working remotely within the U.S.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in business process reengineering or related fields
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data preparation and analysis

- Hands-on experience in leading discovery workshops and creating implementation-ready documentation
- Ability to complete background investigation and credentialing for a Moderate Risk Public Trust position
