Job Summary

Owning the full recruiting lifecycle for critical business roles, the full-time Senior Business Recruiter will partner with hiring leaders across various corporate functions to develop effective recruiting strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for business-critical roles across multiple functions, including Sales, Finance, and Marketing
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to define candidate profiles, interview strategies, and align on hiring outcomes
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify exceptional talent beyond traditional backgrounds

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, particularly in Sales, GTM, or Finance
• Proven success in managing and closing high-impact searches from intake to offer acceptance
• Strong understanding of how business functions and talent profiles contribute to company performance
• Experience in advising hiring leaders using market insights and data
• Familiarity with modern sourcing platforms and recruiting analytics tools; experience with Gem preferred
