Senior Business Rules Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Risk team, the full-time remote Senior Business Rules Analyst will translate credit strategy recommendations into business rules and system configurations while collaborating with various teams to implement strategy updates and maintain documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Integrating with risk and scoring teams to translate strategy recommendations into scoring decisions and track changes
• Supporting model updates and the implementation process while maintaining necessary documentation
• Developing and executing testing and communication plans for new or modified system parameters and ensuring compliance with guidelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of lending and underwriting experience, including knowledge of underwriting decision engines
• 3+ years of experience in credit strategy and policy documentation creation and maintenance
• 1+ year of experience in table-based or Business Rules configuration
• Strong understanding of JSON payload structures and API-based data exchange
