Senior Business Solutions Architect
Job Summary
To support the development of a core administration EMR platform, the full-time Senior Business Solutions Architect will collaborate with technology leadership and business partners to create scalable solutions, oversee platform architecture, and align project roadmaps with organizational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and maintain architecture standards and strategic integrations for the organization
- Evaluate new technologies and lead vendor assessments to enhance capabilities and align with platform roadmaps
- Provide technical expertise and leadership in project planning and implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, software engineering, or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience with an associate degree or high school diploma
- Certifications or willingness to obtain certification in two Epic Tapestry Tracks within a year
- Expert-level proficiency in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
- Strong understanding of healthcare claims processing systems and architecture standards such as TOGAF
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver presentations to diverse audiences
