Senior Business Sourcer

Job Summary

To support Fetch's growth and operations, the full-time remote Senior Business Sourcer will identify and engage top talent across various corporate functions, build proactive talent pipelines, and collaborate with recruiters and leaders to develop effective search strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Build targeted pipelines across business-critical functions, including Sales, GTM, Finance, and Marketing
• Partner with Recruiters and hiring leaders to clarify role priorities and target talent markets
• Develop deep market intelligence to identify exceptional talent and improve hiring strategies

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of sourcing experience supporting Sales or corporate roles
• Demonstrated success in building pipelines for competitive, high-impact searches
• Strong understanding of business functions and their alignment with company performance
• Experience with modern sourcing platforms and talent intelligence tools; Gem experience preferred
• Proven ability to assess candidate quality beyond titles and company logos
