Senior Business System Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Business System Analyst will focus on AI integrations for Acumatica by building a chat interface that embeds AI into everyday work, while managing complex API integrations and UI design for B2B/ERP systems.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with product managers and support teams to identify business needs and analyze competitors' solutions
- Translate business needs into technical requirements by collaborating with software developers and product managers
- Perform acceptance testing, troubleshoot customer issues, and demonstrate features to various audiences
Required qualifications
- Higher technical education in computer systems, information systems, or related fields
- 10+ years of experience in system analysis and software design
- Previous experience in business software development for 10+ years
- Strong technical writing and communication skills for creating specifications
- Professional knowledge of English; Russian is a plus
