Senior Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance patient services, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will define system scope and objectives for Epic Hospital Billing, analyze existing systems, and provide guidance to less experienced analysts in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Define system scope and objectives based on user needs and devise solutions to complex problems
- Analyze and revise existing system logic and documentation as necessary
- Serve as a liaison for computer vendors and users, providing ongoing education and support for assigned systems
Required qualifications
- Five years of experience designing, building, and supporting systems applications
- Bachelor's degree
- EPIC Certification/Accreditation, to be obtained within six weeks of completing Epic training
