Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Stewarding the Student Financials and Financial Aid modules in the Student Information System (PeopleSoft), the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will assess and redesign business processes, implement solutions, and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance user experiences for applicants and students, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, prioritize, and redesign existing business processes and technologies while developing and testing solutions
• Serve as the primary steward for the Student Financials and Financial Aid modules, defining roadmaps and planning enhancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate plans, and facilitate meetings for effective project execution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Five years of relevant experience with PeopleSoft Student Financials and Financial Aid
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Intermediate-level technical skills and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive environment and manage competing priorities
