Job Summary
Driving the design and optimization of business systems, the full-time remote Senior Business Systems Analyst will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on enhancing operational processes and system integrations across Salesforce and HubSpot.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system improvements and operational efficiencies
- Translate strategic objectives into scalable solutions, partnering with Salesforce Administrator and engineering teams for platform changes and custom development
- Lead system-related initiatives from discovery through to release readiness, ensuring data integrity and user experience enhancements
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in business analysis, process design, and systems thinking
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot platforms, including integration capabilities
- Experience with data modeling and operational efficiency improvements
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams such as Revenue Operations, Sales, and Engineering
- Familiarity with technology ecosystems and operational processes in a SaaS environment
