Senior Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance services and products for members and employees, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will work remotely to identify technology and process improvement opportunities, manage vendor relationships, and act as a liaison between business units and IT departments in the financial services sector.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the creation of business cases and propose viable technology solutions to improve services and reduce technical debt
- Collaborate with business partners to define and document goals, requirements, user stories, and outcomes while managing complex software platforms
- Oversee user acceptance testing, manage application lifecycle, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or related discipline
- Minimum of seven years of experience with business software applications in the financial or banking industry
- Proficient in Agile, Lean, TDD, and Waterfall methodologies
- Advanced skills in SQL and relational database concepts
- Experience managing complex enterprise applications and vendor relationships
