Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a large-scale banking data integration and migration initiative, the contract Senior Business Systems Analyst will gather and document requirements, analyze data models, and create Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business, functional, system, and data requirements
• Analyze source and target systems, data models, and business processes
• Create and maintain detailed Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents, including transformation and validation rules

Required qualifications

• Strong hands-on SQL skills, including complex joins and analytical queries
• Extensive experience preparing Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documentation
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, including ETL/ELT and dimensional modeling
• Strong retail banking functional knowledge, including customer and account management
• Experience with data integration, migration, and data quality initiatives
