Senior Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Providing senior functional and technical leadership for NetSuite and its connected financial systems, the full-time remote Senior Business Systems Analyst will partner with various teams to translate business outcomes into scalable processes and reliable solutions across financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Finance and Accounting leaders to define outcomes and clarify requirements
- Lead process and solution design, including current- and future-state mapping and functional design
- Configure and optimize NetSuite capabilities, ensuring compliance and data integrity across financial systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of business systems analysis or ERP experience, with significant hands-on responsibility in NetSuite
- Expert-level knowledge of the full accounting lifecycle and NetSuite's financial features
- Experience with defining integrations and data flows using REST or SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
- Working knowledge of SOX controls and financial compliance requirements
