Senior Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Agentic AI contact center program, the remote contract Senior Business Systems Analyst will manage requirements gathering, develop test strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into the Genesys platform.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and document user stories and acceptance criteria for AI agent integration
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans, ensuring proper API integration and system behavior
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and maintain defect triage, tracking, and reporting
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of combined experience in Business Systems Analysis and Quality Assurance leadership
- Advanced proficiency with data platforms such as Snowflake, SQL, and ETL frameworks
- Strong understanding of contact center technologies, preferably Genesys
- Experience with reporting tools including Tableau, Power BI, and Excel
- Familiarity with conversational AI and voice system testing is preferred
