Senior Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Agentic AI contact center program, the remote contract Senior Business Systems Analyst will manage requirements gathering, develop test strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into the Genesys platform.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with contact center and fraud stakeholders
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans for AI agents and contact center systems
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation as launches approach
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of combined BSA/QA lead experience, with ownership of both requirements and test strategy
- Advanced proficiency with data platforms such as Snowflake, SQL, and ETL frameworks
- Strong understanding of contact center technologies, preferably Genesys
- Experience with conversational AI, LLM, or virtual agent testing is preferred
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and/or banking or fraud domain is a plus
