Senior Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Agentic AI contact center program, the remote contract Senior Business Systems Analyst will manage requirements gathering, test strategy development, and quality assurance leadership while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and document user stories and acceptance criteria for AI agent integration
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans for AI agents and contact center systems
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and maintain defect tracking and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of combined experience in Business Systems Analysis and Quality Assurance leadership
- Advanced proficiency with data platforms such as Snowflake, SQL, and ETL frameworks
- Strong understanding of contact center technologies, preferably Genesys
- Experience with reporting tools including Tableau, Excel, and Power BI
- Familiarity with conversational AI and voice system testing is preferred
