Senior Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support a dynamic team, the remote Senior Business Systems Analyst will work within Agile teams, contribute to cloud-based analytics solutions, and utilize tools like Jira and Confluence for project tracking and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in Agile team activities, including daily stand-ups, and document user stories using Jira and Confluence
- Communicate technical concepts effectively during team presentations to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Take ownership of tasks and troubleshoot issues to deliver scalable, cloud-based analytics solutions
Required Qualifications
- 6 years of IT business analysis experience
- Experience as an Agile Product Owner or Agile Business Analyst
- Familiarity with cloud-hosted applications and Medicare
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and TestRail/ALM
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
