Senior Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support digital initiatives, the remote contract Senior Business Systems Analyst will translate business needs into user stories, manage backlog refinement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and delivery readiness.
Key responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into structured user stories and assist in solution design sessions
- Manage backlog by documenting changes, prioritizing stakeholder input, and ensuring development readiness
- Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with technical teams to foster alignment and quality outcomes
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role focused on digital initiatives
- Experience with enterprise CMS platforms, such as Sitecore, Optimizely, or Adobe Experience Manager
- Familiarity with digital ecosystems, including ERP, PIM, and marketing automation tools
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of API-driven integrations and data interchange
- Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) required
