Senior Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Business Systems Analyst will lead requirements gathering and testing strategies for the Agentic AI contact center program, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of AI agents into the Genesys platform.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and document user stories and acceptance criteria
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for AI agents and contact center systems
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support production validation as launches approach
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of combined experience in Business Systems Analysis and Quality Assurance leadership
- Advanced proficiency with data platforms such as Snowflake and SQL, and reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Strong understanding of contact center technologies, preferably Genesys
- Experience with conversational AI and voice system testing is preferred
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and/or banking or fraud domains is a plus
