Senior Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst III will elicit requirements, conduct data analysis, and develop documentation to support the engineering team in delivering SaaS technology products.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct interviews and workshops to gather business needs and documentation requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop clear documentation of solutions, including process flows and technical requirements
- Mentor junior analysts and maintain the team's backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Mathematics, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong experience writing requirements for enterprise-class software solutions
- Proficiency in querying data from SQL and/or No-SQL databases
- Experience working in a Scrum, SAFe, or similar Agile framework
