Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working onsite in Newport Beach, the contract Senior Business Systems Analyst will gather requirements, create process flows, and coordinate testing efforts while managing user access requests and documenting workflows for automation.

Key responsibilities

• Gather business requirements, create process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria while coordinating testing efforts
• Manage application user access requests and assist in documenting process workflows for automation using SailPoint Access Management
• Provide first-line assistance to technical support partners to ensure timely provisioning of user access

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience supporting the implementation of an enterprise Project and Portfolio Management platform
• Demonstrated experience writing business requirements, functional specifications, and test scripts
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle processes and Agile methodology, with Microsoft Azure DevOps expertise preferred
• Experience coordinating testing efforts and managing triage with technical teams
• Ability to document process workflows and requirements for automation using SailPoint Access Management
