Senior Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a high-energy Senior Business Systems Analyst to work full-time remotely, who will lead the modernization of the collaboration tech stack through intelligent automation and AI, while collaborating with various business teams to enhance processes and system capabilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Leverage business expertise to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements
- Drive the planning, design, development, and deployment of new projects and system enhancements
- Coordinate system testing and facilitate review sessions with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of IT experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience bridging technical teams and business stakeholders for solution design and system delivery
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven automation tools and chatbots
- Experience evaluating vendor or SaaS platforms against business requirements and technical feasibility
- Proven ability to use data and analytics to drive measurable product improvements
