Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To drive successful technology delivery, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will define and document business processes and project features while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and document business processes, project features, and technical requirements
• Model current and future-state workflows and evaluate impacts of proposed system changes
• Conduct functional and performance testing, documenting results and prioritizing defects

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of experience in roles such as systems analyst, business analyst, or product analyst supporting technology delivery
• Strong collaboration skills with various stakeholders including business partners and engineering teams
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience managing multiple priorities and driving clarity through ambiguity
