Senior Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Providing centralized support for the Medical Stop Loss technology platform, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will triage support requests, manage operational backlogs, and ensure effective communication among stakeholders while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for users regarding platform questions, issues, and enhancement requests
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and prioritize support requests based on business impact and urgency
- Document operational processes and facilitate continuous improvement through knowledge management and training updates
Required qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in business systems, application support, or related fields
- Experience managing support queues and coordinating technical issues across teams and vendors
- Proficiency with ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps, and knowledge of Microsoft 365 and reporting tools
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related discipline preferred
- ITIL Foundation or comparable service-management training preferred
