Senior Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Providing technical leadership as an individual contributor, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will resolve complex integration issues, develop documentation, and enhance tools for the Integration Solutions team in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the investigation and resolution of complex integration issues, providing clear problem statements and supporting evidence to engineering teams
- Conduct partner discovery conversations, recommend integration approaches, and communicate technical findings to diverse audiences
- Develop and improve AI-assisted knowledge tools and maintain documentation for integration guides and troubleshooting resources
Required qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in solutions consulting, technical account management, or integration support
- Skilled in XML, JSON, data mapping, and feed-based integrations, including the MITS schema
- Familiar with APIs, REST, webhooks, and tools like Postman for interpreting API documentation
- Able to translate technical information into clear explanations for various stakeholders
- Preferred experience in property technology or business-to-business software related to property management
