Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Stewarding the Student Financials and Financial Aid modules in the Student Information System, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will assess and redesign business processes, implement solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance user experience, all while working remotely with occasional in-person visits to UVA Grounds.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, prioritize, and redesign existing business processes and technologies while developing and testing solutions
• Serve as steward for the Student Financials and Financial Aid modules, defining roadmaps and planning future enhancements
• Collaborate with University partners to communicate enhancement plans and gather stakeholder requirements for system improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Five years of relevant experience with PeopleSoft Student Financials and Financial Aid
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Intermediate-level technical skills and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively in a collegial environment and adapt to rapid changes
