Senior Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely with a requirement to be available M-F from 8:30-5 Eastern, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will design, implement, and support software solutions while collaborating with internal users and developers to ensure alignment with business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and develop functional design specifications for software solutions
- Coordinate between business owners, application owners, and developers to manage project scope, requirements, and timelines
- Provide second-level application support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring resolution of reported problems
Required qualifications
- Four-year college degree
- Minimum two years of experience as a business analyst, including documentation of requirements and business process modeling
- Five or more years of relevant experience with increasing responsibilities
- Experience with application support and managing enhancements of existing systems
- Strong analytical and project management skills
