Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a high-energy, full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst specializing in Client Platforms, this remote position will drive the experience and security of the tech stack through intelligent automation, self-healing systems, and endpoint analytics while collaborating closely with engineering and cybersecurity teams.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage business knowledge and technical expertise to identify and implement AI/automation solutions for endpoint experience improvements
• Collaborate with business partners to capture requirements and deliver cross-functional projects across various operating environments
• Utilize DEX tools to measure device health and performance, translating data into actionable platform enhancements

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of total IT experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a BSA bridging endpoint/client platform engineering teams and business stakeholders
• Deep functional understanding of corporate endpoint environments, including Unified Endpoint Management tools and operating systems
• Experience implementing AI-driven automation tools and a practical understanding of generative AI capabilities
• Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to drive measurable improvements in system performance
