Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support the evolution of healthcare solutions, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will manage collaboration with cross-functional teams to define complex business requirements, translate them into specifications, and drive product development in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead collaboration with stakeholders to identify and define business, data, and product requirements
• Translate complex requirements into functional specifications and maintain documentation such as user stories and test plans
• Evaluate potential risks and impacts of changes on systems and processes, providing strategic advice for managing these changes

Required qualifications

• BS in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis with a focus on managing complex projects
• Expert understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Salesforce, SQL, JIRA, and Confluence
• Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) are preferred
