Job Summary
Transforming business systems through engineering practices, the remote Senior Business Systems Engineer will build and connect systems for CRM, automation, and integrations, focusing on automation and AI to enhance efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and integrate systems to support go-to-market operations, including CRM and internal workflows
- Automate processes and incorporate AI into production workflows to reduce manual tasks
- Collaborate with RevOps, Sales, and Growth teams to identify and implement effective system solutions
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a business systems or GTM systems engineer, focusing on building and automating systems
- Proficiency in coding, including scripting and APIs, with knowledge of no-code or low-code solutions
- Experience with git and CI/CD processes for production changes
- Demonstrated experience in deploying AI solutions and using AI coding tools in production systems
- Familiarity with modern GTM stacks, including CRM and integration layers, with Salesforce experience preferred
