Senior Business Systems Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time Senior Business Systems Engineer will identify challenges and design, develop, and implement technology solutions while working remotely across the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business and operational teams to analyze processes, identify gaps, and define requirements for technology and process solutions
- Design, configure, develop, and maintain scalable business solutions, including workflows, integrations, and reporting tools
- Support user testing, implementation, and production support, while monitoring solution performance and recommending enhancements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Six or more years of experience in business systems, solution development, or related fields
- Experience with workflow, automation, or low-code platforms such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, or Salesforce
- Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, APIs, and systems integration
- Experience gathering requirements and delivering solutions from concept through production support
