Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Business Systems Engineer to work remotely in the US, who will manage the quality and scalability of custom solutions within the NetSuite environment, focusing on hands-on development and collaboration with internal teams to deliver innovative business capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute NetSuite development tasks in an agile environment using Atlassian Jira
• Deliver high-quality SuiteScript code and establish testing standards for critical customizations and integrations
• Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into effective solutions while auditing platform configurations

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a business systems engineer or developer, with 4+ years in NetSuite development or administration
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and task management systems
• Hands-on experience with various NetSuite script types and writing automated tests
• Experience using AI coding assistants in development processes
• Strong understanding of core business processes and extensive integration experience
